Where do you ship?

We ship across the continental United States. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

How do you package plants for shipping?

We use eco-friendly, protective packaging designed to keep your plant secure and healthy during transit. Heat packs are included during colder months to ensure your plant arrives safely.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll either replace your plant or issue a full refund.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor its journey.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, contact us for a replacement or refund. Please note that plants must be returned in their original condition.
